Inspired by the playful exhibitionism of PJ Harvey’s ’50 Foot Queenie’ this series plays with a sense of scale to create larger-than-life figures which merge in and out of the scenery. Disembodied beauties they become part of the landscape. Is this a kind of objectification? Are they literally becoming the ‘view’ we gaze at here?
