Bodies in this work become cut up and examined within the frame of the print. The lines act as a kind of mapping, a digital overlay that attempts to make sense of the fragmented representation beneath it. How do we understand representation in this form? Have the images merged to become a mass, a kind of cultural sludge the viewer is forced to make sense of?
